Delivery times

We usually have the saddles, handlebars and accessories offered in stock. If this is not the case, we will inform you immediately and give you the expected delivery date.

Shipping usually takes place on the following day of receipt of payment.

The delivery time after receipt of payment is 2-4 days for Germany and within 10 days for the other countries in Europe.

The estimated delivery time for shipping outside Europe (e.g. USA, Canada or Australia) is up to 20 days. Unfortunately, we can't predict this exactly.

From March to August, a large number of orders arrive due to seasonal factors, meaning that shipping can be delayed by up to five days.

Collection from us is possible at any time by arrangement (including evenings and weekends). Just let us know by email or call when you would like to come.

Zahlungsmöglichkeiten

Bulk order and discount

A discount for a collective order is possible.

Special prices for clubs or racing teams to support are available upon request.

There is no minimum purchase or obligation for advertising. We would still be happy to receive a short report.

Comparable discounts or sponsorship offers from major manufacturers are not possible. We are too “small” and familiar for that. However, we are sure that in a direct comparison our price-performance ratio is good even without big discounts.

Rabatte

Defect on the handlebars or saddle

The statutory warranty rights apply to all items from our shop and therefore a guarantee of two years as long as the instructions given are followed. Races and competitions do not exclude the warranty.

There is a crash replacement for two years for the original buyer with the option of receiving a 25% discount on the current sales price when purchasing a new product in the event of irreparable damage (e.g. due to an accident).

IMPORTANT:
Always park your bike carefully and prevent it from tipping over. Carbon handlebars and saddles can be damaged simply by falling over. Never expose carbon to excessive heat, as high temperatures are harmful. Therefore, do not leave a bike with carbon parts in the car on hot and/or sunny days. Damaged carbon components may not be repaired.

It is important to follow the instructions in the Conditions and requested in the manuals.

Note according to the battery law

Since we sell batteries or devices that contain batteries (e.g. bike computers), we are obliged by the Battery Act (BattG) to point out the following to you:

Batteries may not be disposed of with household waste; you are legally obliged to return used batteries. Batteries can contain harmful substances that can harm the environment or your health if not stored or disposed of properly. Batteries also contain important raw materials such as iron, zinc, manganese or nickel and are recycled. After use, you can either send the batteries back to us or return them free of charge in the immediate vicinity (e.g. in stores or municipal collection points). The sale in points of sale is limited to end users for the usual quantities as well as those batteries that the distributor carries or has carried as batteries in its range.

This crossed-out garbage can means that you are not allowed to dispose of batteries with household waste. Under this symbol you will also find the following symbols. The chemical symbols have the following meaning:

Pb = battery/rechargeable battery contains lead
Cd = battery/rechargeable battery contains cadmium
Hg = battery contains mercury

Taking back and disposing of old devices in accordance with the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG)

Just like batteries, old electrical and electronic devices do not belong in household waste. They are therefore regularly marked with the crossed-out wheelie bin symbol.
These old devices are disposed of via collection and return systems.

You can hand in your old devices at the collection points of the public waste disposal authorities or at the collection points set up by manufacturers or distributors in accordance with the ElektroG. Batteries should be removed from the device before disposal and disposed of separately unless it is a closed system.

You can find an online directory of collection and return points here (link).

You can hand in old devices to us or send them to us in a prepaid package (Lambda-Tuning, Pfarrer-Stauf-Str. 64, 53819 Neunkirchen-Seelscheid, Germany).

Note on handling sensitive personal data

In your own interest, please remember that each end user is responsible for deleting the data on the old devices to be disposed of. This is particularly true for information and telecommunications technology devices such as cycling computers.
